Both Rosemary and Julian hold OCN NI Level 4 certification in Canine Nutrition.

TRAINING

Having a well trained dog is very important for both you and your dogs happiness and safety, it is also a great way to form a bond with your dog and provide mental stimulation. We currently offer one to one dog training sessions in your own home. We can work with you on specific goals or provide general obedience training.

We recommend an initial block of three hour long sessions.

• 1st Session: Consultation and training plan

• 2nd Session: Implementation and trouble shooting

• 3rd Session: Assessment and maintenance plan

• Block of 3 hour long  training sessions €150     

• Additional one to one training sessions, €60 per hour

Training notes and tips are provided and we will work on training exercises during each visit. We train through positive reinforcement reward based training methods. Rosemary holds a FETAC level 6 qualification in Canine Obedience and Training in which she gained a distinction grade.

PUPPY VISITS

€20 for half an hour - (Available in Dublin 6 Only)

This service is for puppies who have not yet been vaccinated or that are too young for group walks. We can feed them, clean up any accidents, bring them outside to toilet, play with them and do some basic training during these visits. We then gradually introduce them to suitable walking groups.

PICKING A POOCH

Choosing a canine companian is a big decision. You new furry friend may be with you for up to 15 years so it is important to make sure you get a dog which is a good fit with your lifestyle. Let us help you decide on a suitable match. During this consulation we will talk about different breeds, rescue dogs, puppy proofing your home, provide information on owning and caring for a dog and answer any questions you may have.
